Compass Cabinet provides compliance and case-management software to licensed youth-care and child-placing agencies. This page documents exactly how a staff member opts in to text messages from Compass Cabinet, and the consent language shown to them at the moment of opt-in. It is provided as public evidence of our messaging consent flow.
Sender: Compass Cabinet. Recipients: the staff members and administrators of an agency that uses Compass Cabinet, who have added their own mobile number to their account. Purpose: account and operational messages, sign-in verification codes (two-factor authentication), work-schedule and time-off notifications, and account, billing, and security alerts. Compass Cabinet does not send marketing or promotional text messages, and does not obtain phone numbers from any third party.
